**Open Gym Schedule & Registration**

The gym has eliminated supervised open gym sessions (Fridays 4-6pm and Sundays 3-5pm). Members can now register for open gym access at **$15/month** add-on with no contract.

**Trial Classes**

Management is developing a 4:00pm Friday class and exploring a 7:00am option (daily or Tue/Thu). These will run as 8-week trials, becoming permanent if they average 6+ participants.

**Programming Note**

This week intentionally incorporates rowing, biking, and burpees — low impact, low skill movements that let athletes push intensity while staying healthy.

Weekly Workouts

**Monday** — EMOM 5: 2 Power Snatch (touch-and-go). Then "Gone in 60 Seconds" EMOM 10: Min 1: 10 Power Snatch + Max Bar Facing Burpees; Min 2: Rest. Rx (75/55), Rx+ (95/65).

**Tuesday** — "Calorie Counter": 5 rounds, 2:00 on/2:00 off: 10 Bench Press (135/95), 2 Rope Climbs (Rx+ Legless), Max Bike Calories.

**Wednesday** — EMOM 9: Front Squat / C2B Chin-up / L-Sit. Then "Dude, Where's My Legs?": 30/24 Bike Cal, 60 Squat A-Jumps, 30/24 Row Cal (10 min cap).

**Thursday** — Bar Muscle Up EMOM 5, then "Speed Limit": 5 rounds, 40s on/20s off alternating Row Calories and Burpee Box Jump Over (24/20).

**Friday** — Every 2:00 × 5: 3 Deadlift + 3-5 Strict HSPU. Then "Walk This Way" AMRAP 8: 4 Wall Walks, 16 KB Goblet Step-ups (55/35 to 24/20).

**Saturday** — Double under practice, then "Partner 20.2" AMRAP 20: 4 DB Thruster (50s/35s), 6 T2B, 24 DU (alternating rounds).

**Sunday (Open Gym)** — 3 rounds: 500/400m row, 50 sit-ups, 10 sandbag cleans.
