1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CrossFit Greenville's services and facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Membership & Payments
Membership fees are due as outlined in your membership agreement. CrossFit Greenville reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Cancellation policies are outlined in your membership contract.
3. Assumption of Risk
Participation in CrossFit and fitness activities carries inherent risks. By participating in classes, personal training, or open gym sessions at CrossFit Greenville, you acknowledge and assume these risks. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our coaches.
4. Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive and release CrossFit Greenville, its owners, coaches, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our facilities and services.
5. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to treat all staff, coaches, and fellow members with respect. CrossFit Greenville reserves the right to terminate membership for behavior that disrupts the training environment or violates our community standards.
6. Facility Rules
Members must follow all posted facility rules, including proper equipment use, hygiene practices, and designated training areas. Personal belongings are brought at your own risk.
7. Health & Safety
You represent that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation in fitness activities. We recommend consulting a physician before beginning any new exercise program.
8. Modifications
CrossFit Greenville reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
