What to Expect Your First Week of CrossFit

Your first week of CrossFit is an exciting step. Here's what you can expect when you join CrossFit Greenville in downtown Greenville, NC.

Day 1: Your Free Trial

Your journey starts with a free trial class and consultation. You'll meet one of our coaches, tour our 7,000 sq ft facility, and jump into a class. Don't worry about being new — our coaches will walk you through every movement.

Learning the Fundamentals

During your first week, you'll be introduced to foundational CrossFit movements like air squats, push-ups, deadlifts, and presses. Our coaches will focus on teaching you proper mechanics before adding intensity.

Discovering the Community

One of the best parts of your first week is meeting the CrossFit Greenville community. You'll quickly notice that members cheer each other on, remember your name, and genuinely care about your progress.

Understanding the Schedule

We offer classes throughout the day — early morning at 5:30 AM and 6:30 AM, midday at 12:15 PM, and afternoon/evening at 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, and 6:00 PM. Saturday classes run at 9:00 AM.

What to Bring

Keep it simple: comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and an open mind. We provide all the equipment you need.
