An after-hours social event follows Friday Night Lights on March 14th at The Scullery.

The venue has approximately 70-person capacity — RSVPs required via the provided form.

Programming Overview

There's a small tweak to the weekly template due to weather forecasts. Monday interval training shifts to Wednesday and aerobic work moves to Monday due to predicted rain and thunderstorms.

Daily Workouts

**Monday** — Every 10 minutes for 3 rounds: 800m run or 60/50 calorie bike, then AMRAP with rope climbs, wall walks, and power cleans.

**Tuesday** — Baseline testing: bench press and back squat 1RM.

**Wednesday** — Four 4-minute intervals: 500/400m row + AMRAP with wall balls and double-unders.

**Thursday** — Three prehab sets, then optional skill work or 20-minute AMRAP conditioning.

**Friday** — CrossFit Open 25.2 (details released Thursday at 3:00 PM).

**Saturday** — TBA
