The Week Ahead (March 10-15)

The final week of the Open is here. We're scaling back lifting intensity to allow athletes to recover before the new training block begins March 17th. Each day targets different muscle groups with strategic rest in mind.

It's the final week of the Open! We'll be dialing things back on the lifting this week to recharge before starting our new training block on March 17th.

Programming Overview

Monday focuses on shoulders, arms, and legs recovery. Tuesday emphasizes pressing movements and lunges. Wednesday features Turkish Get-Ups and legless rope climbs at a relaxed pace. Thursday includes aerobic intervals at 6-7 RPE intensity.

Daily Workouts

**MONDAY** — 5 rounds for reps: 1:00 Sandbag Cleans (100/75), 1:00 Rest, 1:00 Bike Calories, 1:00 Rest

**TUESDAY** — 800m Run, descending sets of Push-ups and Dumbbell Front Rack Walking Lunges (50s/35s), ending with 800m Run

**WEDNESDAY** — 10 rounds for time: 1 Turkish Get-up per arm, 1 Legless Rope Climb

**THURSDAY** — 5 × 2:00 on / 2:00 off: 15/12 Row Calories, 50 Double Unders, AMRAP Bar Muscle-ups (24/20)

**FRIDAY** — Open Workout 25.3

**SATURDAY** — TBA
