Programming Overview
This week tests multiple workout formats. Listen to your body, modify as needed, and focus on consistency over intensity.
Daily Workouts
**Monday** — Bench press building sets, then 3-round conditioning: toes-to-bar, dumbbell snatches, running.
**Tuesday** — Four rounds: bar-facing burpees, rowing, power clean and jerk.
**Wednesday** — Descending ladder: front squats and box jumps with rope climbs. Back squat building session.
**Thursday** — "Annie" benchmark (sit-ups and double-unders), plus wall walks and additional double-unders.
**Friday** — Buy-in cardio, then 10 rounds: deadlifts and bar muscle-ups.
**Saturday** — "Thanks Ben" partner workout: alternating front squats, shoulder-to-overhead, thrusters, lateral burpees with shared running.
