Due to construction on Dickinson Avenue, CrossFit Greenville is offering an alternative running route for the Murph workout this year.
Rather than the standard 4×400m repeats, athletes will use an uptown route that follows a down-and-back pattern to the Blackened Kracken bar and grill.
Route Instructions
The route begins on Clark Street, turning right onto Bonner's Lane, then left on South Pitt Street toward Greenville Fire Station 1. Follow South Pitt to West Fifth Street, turn right, and run to the Blackened Kracken Bar & Grill at the intersection with Cotanche Street. Return the same way back to the gym.
