Weekly Programming
**Monday** — "3 rounds for reps" with 2:30 work/rest intervals. Buy-in: 12-9-6 dumbbell push presses and toes-to-bar. Then max sandbag cleans in remaining time. Finisher: EMOM barbell work for arms and core.
**Tuesday** — 25-minute AMRAP with a 5-round buy-in of 60 double-unders and rowing/bike calories. Remaining time: strict pull-ups, push-ups, and air squats.
**Wednesday** — Four rounds of timed power movements over 12 minutes, followed by a power snatch strength-building segment.
**Thursday** — Choice between structured interval training or alternative fitness work: skill practice, lifting, or recovery.
**Friday** — Ten rounds of 45-second work intervals: muscle-ups and squat cleans.
**Saturday** — Team AMRAP 20: dumbbell devil presses and bike calories in ascending rep schemes.
