12 Days of Christmas Workout

Join us for our special holiday-themed workout: **Saturday, December 9th, 9:00-11:00am**.

Reserve your spot through Wodify. Each person has their own dumbbell while sharing equipment like ropes, wall space, boxes, and pull-up bars. Can be completed individually or with a partner.

The Structure

Following the classic song's format, complete each exercise in ascending order then work back down to 1, adding one exercise per round — building from 1 rep up to 12, then descending back to 1.

The 12 Exercises

1. 100m Run 2. Rope Climbs 3. Wall Walks 4. DB Devil Presses 5. Thrusters 6. Hang Snatches 7. Burpees 8. Alternating Lunges 9. Box Jumps 10. Toes-to-Bar 11. Handstand Push-ups or Hand-Release Push-ups 12. Machine Calories

**Total: 364 repetitions**

**Your score:** Total time to complete all 364 reps.
