Open gym at CrossFit Greenville gives you unrestricted 24/7 access to our full 7,000 sq ft training space. Bring your own programming, work on skill development, or just train the way you want without a class structure — any time of day or night.
It's the perfect complement to group classes — use open gym for strength cycles, skill practice, or extra conditioning. Or use it as your primary training time if you prefer working independently.
You'll have access to the same world-class equipment our group classes use, in a spacious environment with coaches around if you need them.
