CrossFit Greenville combines constantly varied functional movements performed at relative intensity — meaning the same workout pushes a 65-year-old beginner and a competitive athlete to their personal limits, scaled appropriately.
Our certified coaches bring an average of 12+ years of CrossFit coaching experience to every class. You won't find that depth of expertise at a big-box gym. And with a Doctor of Physical Therapy on our coaching staff, every session has an extra layer of safety and movement quality built in.
Classes run Monday through Saturday with morning, midday, and evening options. Find a time that fits, show up consistently, and watch what happens.

CLASS STRUCTURE
What Happens in Every Class
No two workouts are the same, but every class follows the same structured format.
Warm-Up & Mobility
Every class starts with intentional movement prep — not just jumping jacks. We prime the joints and muscles you'll use that day.
Skill or Strength Work
Before the WOD, coaches teach the movement of the day. You'll learn proper mechanics whether it's Olympic lifting, gymnastics, or functional movements.
The WOD
The Workout of the Day is constantly varied — you'll never do the same workout twice. Cardio, strength, and endurance combined into one efficient session.
Cool-Down & Community
We close every class together. Stretching, recovery work, and the community debrief that makes CrossFit Greenville different from any other gym.
