12 Days of Christmas Workout

Class Details

  • Class runs from 9:00-11:00am
  • Please reserve your spot in Wodify
  • Each athlete will have their own dumbbell and will share ropes, wall space, boxes, pull-up bars and machines.
  • This can be performed as an individual or partner workout

Workout

  • 1 Hundred Meter Run
  • 2 Rope Climbs
  • 3 Wall Walks
  • 4 DB Alternating Devil Press
  • 5 DB Thruster (per arm)
  • 6 DB Hang Snatch (per arm)
  • 7 Burpees
  • 8 DB Alternating Lunges
  • 9 Box Jumps
  • 10 Toes-to-bar or V-Ups
  • 11 HSPU or HR Push-ups
  • 12 Machine Calories

How Do You Do This Workout?

  • Like the song the “12 Days of Christmas,” complete each exercise in ascending order then work back down to 1, adding one exercise per round. Like this: 1, then 2-1, then 3-2-1, then 4-3-2-1, etc. – all the way to 12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1.

How do you score the “12 Days of Christmas” workout?

  • Your score is the total amount of time it takes to complete the full 364 repetitions.
