If you're new to CrossFit, you'll start with three 1:1 sessions to learn the foundational movements of our program. Your safety is our top priority, which is why we teach the proper form in a private setting prior to having you start group classes.

After completion of your Foundations sessions, you'll be ready to start group classes. During your first six to 12 months of training, your focus should be on consistency. To get the most out of our program, we encourage members to attend four to six classes per week. Our coaches will help you modify (scale) your training to match your fitness level and progress you slowly towards higher levels of fitness. All we ask if that you show up, listen to your coaches, support your fellow classmates and focus on learning the proper technique! We will take care of the rest.
If you're already experienced and either seeking to find a new gym or just interested in dropping in for a class, we offer drop-ins for those exact situations. If you decide to sign-up for a membership following your class, the drop-in fee will be applied to your membership.
