CrossFit Group Classes
Here are just some of the benefits of our group coaching program:
Group coaching is the perfect solution for the individual looking for a supportive community that shares their desire to be healthier and happier.
Fraction of the Cost of Personal Training
Group coaching allows our athletes to work with a professional coach for a fraction of the investment. All of our athletes are guided daily by expert coaches who are responsible for monitoring progress and holding their athletes accountable to achieving their fitness goals. In our one-hour group sessions, participants will be lead by our expert coaches through multiple phases of fitness and recovery:
- Mobility drills to improve and restore joint mobility and function;
- Skill-based warm-up to prepare the body for the workout;
- The Workout of the Day – which might be any combination of gymnastics, running, jumping, squatting, kettlebells, Olympic weightlifting, and more;
- Post-workout recovery techniques to prepare you for the rest of your day and for your next workout.
We offer 1-on-1 personal training in two different ways at CrossFit Greenville:
1. WEEKLY PERSONAL TRAINING
If group classes aren’t your thing, we have trainers who can work with you regularly each week and build a customized training plan to help you achieve your goals. You can pick between 30 or 60 minute sessions, depending on which is best for your schedule and lifestyle.
2. SKILL SESSIONS
If you’re a group class athlete looking for help with a specific movement, these sessions are valuable for breaking things down. Your coach will help identify where your sticking points are and develop progressions to help you improve. We recommend scheduling a skill session every four to six weeks to ensure things are moving in the right direction!
Our kids program is awesome. It’s ultimate goal is to make fitness fun and safe for your children. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of kids in grades K-6.
Nutrition is a complex and often emotional topic. There seems to be limitless definitions, programs, and experts that attempt to oversimplify or overcomplicate how we choose the foods we eat in order to fuel our bodies.
Here at CrossFit Greenville, our coaches want to support you in every way possible as you pursue your fitness goals. We believe that combining a sound nutrition plan with consistent CrossFit training is the best recipe to obtain elite fitness and health.
