I have been training with Greenville CrossFit for 3 years now and I have come to love this fitness community. The workouts have been carefully planned, clearly explained, and meticulously followed. The coaches are well-trained and are careful to make sure that I work at a pace/intensity/level that is appropriate for my level of fitness. I have learned to trust and follow their direction, and have seen great improvement as a result.  Highly recommend.
