We offer 1-on-1 personal training in two different ways at CrossFit Greenville:
1. WEEKLY PERSONAL TRAINING
If group classes aren’t your thing, we have trainers who can work with you regularly each week and build a customized training plan to help you achieve your goals. You can pick between 30 or 60 minute sessions, depending on which is best for your schedule and lifestyle.
2. SKILL SESSIONS
If you’re a group class athlete looking for help with a specific movement, these sessions are valuable for breaking things down. Your coach will help identify where your sticking points are and develop progressions to help you improve. We recommend scheduling a skill session every four to six weeks to ensure things are moving in the right direction!
