Our Flagship Program!For the last decade we’ve been running world class CrossFit group classes.Each class ranges from 8-20 people of differing ages, fitness levels and backgrounds. Our coaches help each person adjust the movements or amount of work (repetitions) in a workout to make it appropriate for athletes’ physical needs and abilities. Expect to be challenged by the workouts, educated by our coaches and supported by your fellow athletes. Choose one of the options below to learn more about different entry points into the program.
