
We have learned through many years of experience that the movements that get your body moving in the most effective way possible require individualized work done through 1 on 1 or 2 on 1 personal training. This is why our clients, receive constant help and feedback from one of our professional coaches away from the group class. The reality is that everyone is different and a group class is not always the best fit for every person and situation.
Your personal coach will help you attack your physical and mental limitations, and will work with you to improve your individual goals. As well as working with a coach in a one-on-one environment, our members love group classes as well. The group class gives you a fun and supportive network of friends to sweat with BUT we understand that it’s not for everyone!
