Anyone who is new to CrossFit Greenville does a complimentary consultation with one of our coaches. The purpose of this session is to learn about you and your goals. During this hour, we will explain to you our fitness philosophy and how it will get you, and keep you, more fit than you ever could have imagined.
We will also explain our fitness assessment that we use to determine your strengths and limitations. This will help keep you injury free so that you get real lasting results.
