Our Foundations Course is a friendly and accessible program that prepares you for success in our group classes. You will complete a series of 1 on 1 personal training sessions with a coach to ensure that you are competent in the movements and have reached certain benchmarks. During these critical learning stages, you will get guidance in all of the following areas:
Strong and healthy bodies are beautiful and they allows us to live a long and happy life. We will teach you technique, build up your fitness, and give you realistic benchmarks to shoot for along the way.
Every single person that comes into our gym is tracked daily. This is to ensure that you are constantly meeting goals and setting new ones so that you get better each day.
Learn how to move in the gym and in life so that you can stay pain free and reduce the chance of injuries.
This ties into injury prevention it’s also important for performance. We will evaluate your range of motion and come up with a plan to fix any restrictions. We also identify and hash out any muscular imbalances or stability issues so that you build a balanced body that looks good and feels good.
Everybody knows nutrition is key, but with so much information out there it can get confusing. We will help you get on track and stay on track, by developing a plan that meets your individual needs.
Each personal training session lasts about 1 hour and the sessions are by appointment and can accommodate almost any schedule. Depending on your age, experience, and a number of other factors, your foundations course can last anywhere from 1 to 20+ sessions. The goal is to transition you into group classes and to have you meeting back with your coach frequently enough to stay sharp.
