
Our small group CrossFit classes are designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community. Military personnel, full-time moms, doctors, nurses, lawyers, police officers, fire fighters, business executives, accomplished athletes, and grandparents can all benefit from our programming. Regardless of how you earn an income or your current fitness level, you will benefit from the coaching at CFG.
Read MoreOur foundations course is for those at an entry skill level & fitness level. Many movements that are done in a gym and/or in CrossFit are unfamiliar to you. This class focus is on basic conditioning and movement skill and technique. We go over each movement in a slower and more detail oriented pace. This allows for more instructional time and personal attention by coaches in the critical initial learning period.
