CrossFit Greenville Olympic Weightlifing

Athletes will learn the clean and jerk, snatch, and accessory lifts that complement these movements. This class is be geared toward athletes that have some basic lifting experience (squatting, deadlifting, pressing). Athletes new to Olympic weightlifting will learn basic positions and transitions first, before the whole movement comes together. You will learn how to perform these movements for both maximal loads and for volume. Athletes must talk with a coach before attending this class.
